Legal Requirements when sending email newsletters
It is a legal requirement to let the members of your mailing list unsubscribe from your list at any time they wish. This option must be presented to them in each email you send. 18amail includes an unsubscribe link in every email sent to manage this for you.
If you bulk upload contacts, and in doing so re-upload some contacts who have already unsubscribed from a group, 18amail will know this and will respect their decision to unsubscribe and so not email them again.
It would be illegal to use a different group, or different mailing system so as to ignore the unsubscribes.
